Iranian regime issues illegal death sentence for youth

The mullahs’ so called Supreme Court in Iran upheld a death sentence issued for 19-year old political prisoner Saman Nasim. The lawyer of this political prisoner has said Saman Nasim was born in 1994 and had not reached the legal age of 18 at the time of committing this crime in 2011, adding he had protested the death sentence.
However, the regime’s highest court approved the death sentence. Saman Nasim was sentenced to death in April 2013 by an Iranian court in Urumieh Province on political charges.
