Protests & clashes across Iran

Tehran: Residents of Tehran’s Kan district clashed with repressive municipality agents who intended to demolish a home in this area. These scuffles took place on December 28th near the bus station of this district.
Tehran: Tehran’s Art University students staged a gathering in Vali Asr intersection on December 28th protesting the inadequate campus conditions. In this rally, held for the fourth time this week, students held placards and posters written, “University security chief must resign”.
Najaf Abad: On Sunday, December 29th, hundreds of people in Najaf Abad staged a protest gathering outside the city’s main natural gas distribution station after the gas of their homes was cut off. With these protest gatherings spreading the regime’s police unit stationed in various areas of this district.
Isfahan: The protest gathering of hundreds of Isfahan’s Poly Acryl workers has continued for several days. In their rally the workers are demanding the factory manager to resign and they have prevented him from speaking to them. The workers were chanting, “We don’t want an incompetent and lying manager”.
