In Estonia, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi pays respects to freedom fighters

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, who travelled to Estonia for parliamentary meetings and to deliver a speech at the Solidarity Conference with the Iranian Resistance in the Estonian Parliament, laid a wreath and paid her respects to Estonian freedom fighters at the “Freedom” monument built at the first freed Estonian territory.
Estonian National Radio-TV reported:
“Iran opposition leader met with MPs during after her speech at the Parliament. President-elect of the Paris-based National Council of Resistance of Iran met with lawmakers and as part of her visit to Estonia, laid a wreath at the Freedom monument in Tallinn.
“Rajavi on Monday called on MPs to gain their support in efforts to ‘overthrow the religious fascism ruling Iran’.
According to a politician from the Parliament Human Rights Group this was the first parliamentary session of an Iranian opposition leader in Estonia.
“The people of Estonia, who have suffered much from dictatorship, without a doubt understand the pain my compatriots are enduring today. That is why the Iranian people seek your solidarity and companionship in their struggle for freedom,” Rajavi said in her speech.
Rajavi was the main speaker of an international conference in the Parliament focusing on “the human rights situation in Iran, the Iranian regime’s nuclear crisis and the solution policy before the Iranian regime and its democratic opposition.”
Estonia Channel 1 TV reported at its 9:00 pm news:
In an event held today in opposition to the religious regime ruling Iran, Iranian opposition leader Maryam Rajavi said: 95% of the Iranian people seek change of the religious dictatorship. She also called on countries to completely end their relations with Iran.
At an international conference held in the Parliament on Iran affairs, Mrs. Rajavi said: “We request all the regime’s embassies in Europe and across the world to be closed down. We are certain we can overthrow this regime soon.”

Iran has systematically placed pressures on its people. Rajavi seeks for Western government to end all their relations with Iran.
The Iranian regime has executed 120,000 of its own people during the past 30 years. The names of all the members of numerous families can be seen. The totalitarian regime in Iran places pressure on the people, and even executes them, merely for their anti-government beliefs.
The Iranian opposition was involved in pro-democracy activities during Shah’s rule.

A PMOI press spokesman said, “Due to the appeasement policy, the international community has not been alongside the Iranian people and their demand to overthrow this regime. This regime can be very much compared to that of Hitler’s.”
This resistance movement, previously designated in the US and Europe as a terrorist organization, has been removed from the Europe list and recently from the US list, too. This resistance believes the complete discontinuation of relations with the Iranian regime will accelerate its overthrow.
