Regime’s suppressive mobilization to confront spreading protests

Following protest rallies of Tehran Bazaar merchants and due to unrest in Tehran, Esmail Ahmadi Moghaddam, brutal general commander of the regime’s State Security Force (SSF) informed of the formation of “a joint headquarters” in order to “confront saboteurs”. (Iranian regime’s Ministry of Intelligence news agency – October 3, 2012)
Ahmadi Moghaddam had previously described savage death penalties by the mullahs as decrees “for human being regeneration” and said, “It is no violence to kill one person to let a hundred to survive.”
Ahmad Karimi Esfahani, one of Khamenei’s plain-clothed club-wielders’ leaders in Bazaar, called Wednesday demonstration, “provocations by elements coming from outside Bazaar who seek to stir up conditions in Bazaar.”
Ahmad Reza Radan, head of Kahrizak death camp and one of the main perpetrators in suppression of 2009 uprising, asked the “SSF headquarters” to “confront saboteurs”.
