Iran will not spare any support to Syria: senior Iranian lawmaker

Alaeddin Boroujerdi, who heads Iran’s influential parliamentary committee on national security and foreign policy, said Iran will not spare any support for the Syrian regime.
“The Islamic republic is serious in defending the Syrian government,” he said while meeting his Syrian counterpart.
“Iran will remain along this country and the Majlis (parliament) backs any measure in supporting Syria against the conspiracies of its enemies”, he added.”
