Tehran considering rebuilding Iraq power grid to export electricity to Syria

The mullahs’ Minister of Energy held a meeting with his Iraqi counterpart in Tehran emphasizing on rebuilding Iraq’s power grid in order to export electricity to Syria, the state-run Asr-e Iran reported.
“Considering Iraq’s technical problems in becoming the transit route for Iran’s electricity export to Syria, Tehran will take measures to assist in rebuilding this country’s power grid,” mullahs’ Energy Minister said.
Assistance provided by the mullahs’ dictatorship to the bloodthirsty Bashar Assad, along with their elements in Iraq, are taking place while the earthquake stricken people of Iran’s northwestern regions are suffering from vital daily needs. Additionally, in Iran’s southern regions the residents of many cities are suffering from serious power shortages during the harsh summer heat.
