In an interview with the Iraqi News Agency regarding the crime of explosion of the Ashraf water pumping station, Sheikh Khalaf al-Alian, Secretary General of Iraqi National Dialogue Council, said: We strongly condemn this crime and ask the Iraqi government to prosecute the criminals and bring them to justice. We also ask for constructing a substitute station on the government’s budget immediately.
He added: “Since this water station supplied water not only to Ashraf City water, but also to the whole region that includes many Iraqi villages, we consider it a a dangerous inimical act.”
Secretary General of the Iraqi National Dialogue Council emphasized: “The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) is a popular and humanitarian organization; that is why we reject any propaganda assault or inimical measure against it.
