The US military base inside the Basra International Airport in southern Iraq was the target of a missile attack. 14 Katyusha missiles landed in the US forces’ base, al-Sharqiya TV reported citing informed sources. US military officials in Iraq say insurgents backed by the Iranian regime were behind this attack against their base.
