The al-Baghdadia Television reported on July 24 that Muwafagh al-Rubayi, the former Iraqi National Security Advisor and an official of the National Unity Coalition led by Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution, admitted that Qasim Suleimani, Chief of the terrorist Quds Force of the Islamic Republican Guards Corps (IRGC) says the last word on Iraq and he is the ruler of Iraq who commands.
According to al-Baghdadia TV, in a lengthy interview with al-Sharq al-Awsat daily, Rubayi said: Obviously Suleimani owns the Iraq dossier and his rank in the IRGC is Major General and he is stationed at the Quds Force headquarters. Rubayi said that Suleimani defends the interests of the Iranian regime and consequently views the entire region with that perspective.
