In a press and radio-TV conference at National Press Club on Thursday, Dec. 11, Alireza Jaafarzadeh revealed controlling of the mullahs’ regime’s program by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) and hiding that program in underground tunnels, and warned the world community that adoption of a decisive policy toward the mullahs’ regime aligned with the Iranian people and Resistance who ask for overthrow of that regime, is the only right policy regarding increasing threats of the Iranian regime.
Pointing out at the US Intelligence Community report, Alireza Jaafarzadeh asserted that the US Intelligence Estimate, regarding halt of Tehran’s nuclear program on fall 2003, is only part of the reality and due to ignoring the issue that the nuclear program was restarted, this report couldn’t be a comprehensive and accurate report.
Jaafarzadeh said: IRGC controls now the Iranian regime’s program and after a few month halt at the end of 2003, transferred the regime’s nuclear activities to secret and underground sites. He said: IRGC involvement in the Iranian regime’s program merely indicates the military nature of this program and shows more than ever that Tehran has been after making the nuclear bomb and will be so.
Jaafarzadeh said: The Imam Hossein University contains the regime’s main nuclear specialists. Fereidoun Abbassi and Mohsen Fakhrizadeh who both are under the UN resolutions’ 1737 and 1747 sanctions, are high ranking IRGC officers who direct the regime’s main nuclear projects. The nuclear research of the Imam Hossein University is in the rank of the most advanced Iran’s research centers including the Sharif University of Technology. After Ahmadinejad came to power the Iranian regime’s nuclear programs were placed more than before under the IRGC control and supervision and the Regime’s Supreme National Security Council is presently encompasses the highest ranking IRGC commanders. The objective of all these commanders is advancement of the nuclear weapon’s program using the maximum facilities of the regime in this direction.
He showed the map of underground tunnels in Khujair area and south eastern Tehran and said: Tens of tunnels with very big width and maximum facilities are provided for carrying out numerous experiments with expensive cost which contains the regime’s nuclear weapon’s program and also missiles projects.
Alireza Jaafarzadeh stressed on the urgency of a decisive measure against the Iranian regime and said: The international community must be after a solution for the Iranian regime’s threat and acknowledges the Iranian Resistance for overthrow of that regime and establishment of democracy and freedom and human rights in Iran. Many US Congressmen from both parties have now asked for removal of the PMOI off the list of terrorist organizations so that the democratic change in Iran comes to reality before mullahs can acquire nuclear weapon.
