July 2, 2018 – The recent #FreeIran2018 rally held in Paris by the Iranian Diaspora truly is Iran’s crown jewel in a world of turmoil. A large crowd turned out, over 100,000 according to various media outlets, representing a very formidable voice against Iran’s regime.

Tehran went to great limits and even threatening the French government to have this entire event canceled. This further signals the greime’s fear of this opposition movement and the impact of such events on their ranks and file, and the people inside Iran under their iron fist rule.

The flawless organization of this event shows the unprecedented strength of the entity behind this rally and its potential to be recognized as a viable alternative for the mullahs’ regime.

The large crowd, alongside a long slate of international dignitaries, voiced their support for the opposition movement, showing their growing support inside the country and abroad.

Listening to the speakers at this event one could recognize their amazement regarding the capability of this international organization to rally the forces of its supporters and network of rebellion teams inside the country, parallel to thousands of prominent figures across the globe backing their call for democratic regime change in Iran.

The American delegation, consisting of Mayor Rudy Giuliani, advisory, and attorney of U.S. President Donald Trump, and many others from both sides of the aisle, once again raised the level of this struggle for freedom in Iran. This is especially true in regards to governments continuing to appease Tehran’s mullahs.

It is crystal clear for the Iranian opposition that democratic regime change and overthrowing the ruling mullahs’ regime is a task on the shoulders of this movement and the Iranian people.

However, this movement does welcome and support any measures by the international community, especially as these actions result in isolating the Iranian regime and forcing the mullahs to stop their support of terrorism abroad and end their crackdown campaign inside the country. This will lower the price the Iranian people will ultimately have to pay for democratic regime change.

The financial cost of support terrorism and the Iranian regime’s meddling in the region and other countries across the globe are coming out of the pockets of over 50 million people who are living in poverty throughout Iran.

At the end of the day, the Iranian opposition’s convention in Paris represented the Iranian populace’s thirst for change and an end to the mullahs’ rule.

Iran will have a bright future

Enjoying the support of millions of people across the country backing the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) and the main political coalition, the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).

This convention is only a tip of the iceberg of how the Iranian population will bring about democratic regime change in their country, and be the springboard of security and prosperity across the region.
