Iran, June 22, 2019 - June 20, 1981, marks the day that the religious fascism ruling Iran showed its true nature to the people in Iran and the world over by opening fire on a 500,000-strong peaceful demonstration in Tehran. Many demonstrators were arrested and executed that very night, and the Iranian people’s resistance entered a new phase against the ruthless mullahs.

Members of Resistance Units, a network inside Iran associated with the Iranian opposition People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), are marking this important day with further anti-regime activities.

In Zanjan, northwest Iran, members of Resistance Unit 772 set fire to IRGC propaganda posters with images of the hated mullahs’ regime founder Ruhollah Khomeini.

In Qom, central Iran, members of Resistance Unit 491 set fire to a large placard containing images of Khamenei.

 

 

 

In Kermanshah, western Iran, members of Resistance Unit 905 set fire to a billboard belonging to the notorious Ministry of Intelligence & Security.

 

 

 

In Tehran, members of Resistance Unit 927 set fire to a sign at an IRGC Base.

 

 

 

In Qazvin, northwest Iran, a large IRGC billboard containing an image of Khamenei was set on fire by Resistance Unit 238.

 

 

 

In Karaj, west of Tehran, members of Resistance Unit 400 set fire to a sign of another IRGC base.

 

 

 

In West Azerbaijan Province, northwest Iran, members of Resistance Unit 845 set fire to a pro-regime propaganda billboard.

 

 

 

In Golestan Province, northeast Iran, members of Resistance Unit 650 set fire to a large propaganda poster with images of Khamenei. Locals welcomed this measure to longer see his hideous image at this site.

 

 

 

In West Azerbaijan Province, northwest Iran, members of Resistance Unit 220 set fire to a sign with Khomeini picture on it.
