Iran, Dec. 24, 2018 – Members of Resistance Units, a vast network of opposition activists associated to the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), are expanding and increasing their anti-regime activities throughout Iran.
In Tehran, members of a resistance unit raised a large poster including images and quotes of Iranian opposition President Maryam Rajavi. The slogan “Death to Khamenei, Hail to Rajavi” were also seen, as the former refers to the Iranian regime’s Supreme Leader.
In Kermanshah, western Iran, members of a resistance unit raised a large poster quoting Maryam Rajavi saying, “Launch resistance units and popular councils in all high schools, colleges/universities/ factories, and administrative offices.”
Members of a resistance unit in Rasht, northern Iran, raised posters of Maryam Rajavi wishing a free and prosperous future for all Iranians.
In Tehran, members of Resistance Unit 341 were seen putting up posters of Maryam Rajavi in various areas of the capital reading, “If you stand and resist, the world will stand along with your side, you members of resistance units – Democracy & freedom with Maryam Rajavi.”
Posters were also seen quoting Iranian opposition leader Massoud Rajavi, “Iran, with its enchained nation, has risen and the morning of freedom is near.”
Members of a resistance unit in Bandar-e Gaz, northern Iran, took to graffiti in various parts of the city and writing, “Death to Khamenei – Hail to Rajavi – Death to the mullahs’ principle – Viva the National Liberation Army of Iran.”
Members of Resistance Unit 575 in West Azerbaijan Province, northwest Iran, put up posters quoting Maryam Rajavi saying, “The walls of cruelty and oppression will crumble with the force of sacrifice and solidarity.” They also took to graffiti saying, “Jailed workers, we support you.”
In Shiraz, members of a resistance unit took to graffiti writing, “Mullahs’ regime, overthrow, overthrow.”
Members of a resistance unit in Sabzevar, northeast Iran, took to graffiti in various parts of the city writing, “Death to Khamenei.”
In Kermanshah, western Iran, members of a resistance unit took to graffiti writing, “Mullahs’ regime, overthrow, overthrow.”
In Qom, central Iran, members of a resistance unit distributed leaflets written, “Hail to the PMOI/MEK.”
Members of Resistance Unit 270 of Khuzestan, southwest Iran, put up posters of “Death to Khamenei – Hail to Rajavi” in various parts of the city’s Omidiye district.
In Hamedan, western Iran, members of resistance units were distributing leaflets written, “Mullahs’ regime, overthrow, overthrow.”
