Iran, Dec. 19, 2018 – The most recent report of activities carried out by Iranian opposition People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) resistance units inside the country show’s an escalation and jump in importance.
Members of a resistance unit in Tehran put posters of Iranian opposition President Maryam Rajavi quoting her saying, “Dear college students, expand resistance units in all schools and universities.”
Members of Resistance Unit 101 in Tehran put posters of Iranian opposition leader Massoud Rajavi and Maryam Rajavi reading: “Iran has risen with its enchained nation. Sunrise is near.”
Members of another resistance unit put posters in various parts of Tehran reading, “Jailed workers must be released – End all crackdown – Haft Tapeh workers going hunger is equal to us going hungry – Ban any denial of medical care and forced suffering for prisoners – Political prisoners must be released.”
Members of a resistance unit in Tehran took to graffiti writing “Death to [Iranian regime Supreme Leader Ali] Khamenei, Hail to Rajavi” in various parts of the country’s capital.
Members of Resistance Unit 977 put up posters of Massoud Rajavi in various parts of Tehran’s Narmak district.
Members of this resistance unit also put up posters of Maryam Rajavi in various parts of Tehran reading, “Dear youths and college students, expand the cry of freedom, uprising and I’ the over-thrower’ – Establish Student Resistance Councils and Resistance Units to continue the uprising.”
In Kurdistan, western Iran, various posters were put up reading:
“Do not let our prisoners suffer in hunger – Political prisoners must be released – Jailed college students must be released.”
In Mashhad, northeast Iran, members of a resistance unit wrote in graffiti: “Death to Khamenei and [Iranian regime President Hassan] Rouhani; Hail to Rajavi; Down with the mullahs’ regime.”
Furthermore, members of resistance units in Varzaneh of Isfahan (central Iran) and Urmia (northwest Iran) also took to graffiti writing: “Death to Khamenei and Rouhani, Hail to Rajavi – Students, workers, teachers, unite, unite – Death to the mullahs’ principle, Hail to the Freedom Army – Shah Sultan Velayat [Khamenei], Your death is coming, We answer fire with fire – Death to the dictator.”
