It is worth knowing that the clerical regime ruling Iran arrested more than 8,000 protesters during the month-and-a-half uprisings in 142 cities in Iran. Of these 8,000 arrested, at least 14 were killed under torture in various prisons in Iran, but the regime blatantly claimed that all of these 14 prisoners had committed suicide, a claim that many international human right organizations expressed serious doubt.
