Eduard Bernstein, revisionism theorist, passed away

The founder of the Revisionism Theory Eduard Bernstein died at 82.
Bernstein who was an active Marxist, published his theories in a Social Democratic newspaper in Britain, calling some of Marxist tenets impractical and calling for their revision.
Bernstein believed: Capitalism won’t subvert from within. Middle Classes should be given opportunity. Proletariat receivestheir rights through admonishing work and democratic process.
The Marxists rejected his revisionist theories.
After Stalin’s death, in 1956, the 20th Russian Communist Party revised some of Stalin’s ideas. This revision was called Khrushchev’s Revisionism.
