Dr. Mosaddeq was convicted in military court

On December 30, 1953, the Shah’s regime made to order military Court sentenced Dr. Mosaddeq to three years of solitary confinement.
The charge of Dr. Mosaddeq was opposition to the monarchial rule, disobedience of Shah’s order and order of suppression of the coup d’état participants during August 15-18, 1953, but Shah didn’t even content himself with the military court’s verdict, rather exiled him for life to Ahmadabad village, close to Tehran, where he spent the rest of his life under house arrest. He passed away on August 5, 1967.
